Bulk Notifications #

SMS – Will send a message with their account balance, optionally including Cheque balance & Loyalty Points balance.
EMAIL – Will send a Statement of Account to your customers.
From Menu > Customer > Customer History, you can select multiple accounts (usually with open balances) and choose to send an SMS or EMAIL in bulk. This will skip too many dialogs and send notifications in the background.
