S25 & M23 #

1. Press Mode
2. Scroll to Program
3. Enter password 33333
4. Scroll to Test or Press 8 and press Total
5. Scroll to Diagnostics and Press Total 
6. Check on values under Last issued invoice and KRA LAST SENT DOCUMENTS
   Last issued invoice: Documents made on the ETR device
   KRA LAST SENT DOCUMENTS: Documents successfully transmitted online. 
7. Compare both values under Last issued invoice and KRA LAST SENT DOCUMENTS, they should be the same (If device is transmitting).
8. If not check your internet connectivity(your device has to be connected to stable internet for transmission to take place).
9. If still unresolved, share screenshots of the above findings with support [at] cecypo.tech to open a ticket.

TYPE C #

G03 #

1. On the ETR screen, check on value besides REC TO SEND
2. If the value is zero then ETR is transmitting on real-time
3. If the value is more than 100 check on device’s internet connectivity (your device has to be connected to stable internet for transmission to take place).
4. If still unresolved, share screenshots of the above findings with support [at] cecypo.tech to open a ticket.

ACLAS #

FC4  #

Checking REC TO SEND

1. Press on menu
2. Go to Set Mode
3. Enter password 0000
4. Press menu button
5. Go to Server State.
6. Press menu button
7. Check under SERVER INVOICE state.
8. Will show Web (transmitted invoices) & FC (Generated invoices on the ETR)

CRV #

1. Press CLERK button
2. Scroll to SET MODE
3. Press CASH/ENTER
4. Scroll to SERVER  STATE & Press CASH/ENTER
5. Scroll to SERVER INV STATE & Press CASH/ENTER
6. Check on values under ECR & Web
   ECR: Documents made on device.
   WEB: Document successfully transmitted online (both of them should be the same).

If invoices are not transmitting:

1. Go to Inv Last State & Press CASH /ENTER
2. Note down the ResCode and share it with support [at] cecypo.tech to open a ticket.

Datecs #

FT 100 MX #

For Datecs Last transmitted doc number & Date are always shown on main display under Last send Inv.
